CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Corpus Christi man is facing serious charges after he is accused of shooting and killing his neighbor.
The shooting happened at an apartment complex on Leopard and Up River Road around 8:15 p.m. Thursday.
Police said the victim was involved with a disturbance with 32-year old John Pena. The woman later died and Pena now is charged with murder.
Police didn't say what it led up to the disturbance.
