CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — A former CCISD bus driver who is accused of having an improper relationship with a female student made an appearance in court Wednesday morning.
58-year old Marlon Frazier was officially charged with five counts of child pornography, online solicitation of a minor, and attempting to commit child pornography.
All seven charges against Frazier are felonies.
He was arrested back in August.
The district suspended him after learning he'd reportedly sent inappropriate Facebook messages to a Kaffie Middle School student.
His defense attorney requested a jury trial.
If convicted, Frazier could face up to 50 years in prison.
