CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Last week, Luby's Incorporated, the parent company of Luby's Cafeteria and Fuddruckers, announced it was selling its assets.
We have some good news to report. That order will not affect the Fuddruckers location here in Corpus Christi at 1949 S. Padre Island Dr.
The local Fuddruckers is operated by a different franchise owner called Cafe Venture Co.
They operate 11 Fuddruckers in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
The Corpus Christi location is in that group and they say they have no intention of closing.
