A downtown business is holding a benefit for Rockport Warriors United on Independence Day.
The July 4th Band of Brother eventstarts at 5 pm at 224 North Mesquite St. and will last till about 10 pm.
The Exchange will have live music favorites, buffet style food, some local comedians, and other fun planned for everyone in attendance.
Kids under 12 get in free, general admission is $50, and VIP (including open bar) costs $125.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Rockport Warriors United, a faith based retreat center for that provides a safe and cool place for active duty and honorable discharge veterans to get away from everyday life.
