KINGSVILLE, Texas — It was a major find for law enforcement in Kingsville, as they uncovered more than $30,000 in stolen items during the raid of a home.
Just take a look at some of the items, including guns, hunting gear, jewelry, championship rings from a Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelina athlete and even a stolen vehicle.
So far, detectives have been able to trace five of the weapons to a home break-in last weekend.
DPS troopers, with the help of the Kingsville Police Department were on the lookout for a fugitive wanted for gun smuggling when they made the discovery.
Arrests were made on 35-year-old Ryan Vest and 29-year-old James Bannister in connection with this case.
