CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Tickets for the Powerball drawing are in high demand.
An estimated $730 million is up for grabs in Wednesday night's Powerball drawing. A few people KRIS 6 News spoke with said they would help their families, help the homeless and take a vacation.
If you win, you can choose between two options. You can get paid in cash or get payed 30 annual payments.
Keep in mind, winning tickets must be claimed no later than 180 days after the draw date.
The Mega Millions jackpot now stands at an estimated $970 million. No ticket matched all six numbers in Tuesday night's drawing. That makes it the second-largest prize in the game's history.
The next drawing is Friday night.
