INGLESIDE, TEXAS — The Ingleside police department is seeking information on suspicious circumstances surrounding a death.

The body of 47-year-old Lorna Carman was found deceased in the passenger seat of her vehicle May 2, 2020. at approximately 2:30 PM at her home.

While conducting the investigation, Detectives retrieved video from other homes in the area that clearly shows Lorna's vehicle being driven, from the direction of Avenue A on Morgan Lane, to her residence in the 1500 block of Morgan Lane.

Around 9:56 a.m. that morning, the driver of the Lorna's gray Ford Focus (which is not Lorna) gets out and opens the gate to the driveway, then gets back in the vehicle and pulls the car further into the driveway.

Video shows a dark colored pickup truck being driven by another person at the scene.

The truck stops at the end of the driveway, and soon thereafter, a person previously seen driving Lorna's vehicle walks toward the end of the driveway, closes the gate, gets into the truck.

This is still a very active investigation, Detectives added they will not rest until we determine how Lorna died, and who was involved in bringing her body back to her residence for her family to find.
