The Corpus Christi Police Department's Traffic Division continues to investigate a tragic motorcycle accident that occurred in the early hours of Monday, June 9. The incident took place in the 100 block of SH 358 westbound at 2:32 a.m., claiming the life of a motorcyclist.
Police are urgently appealing to the public for assistance. If you witnessed the crash or possess any information, please get in touch with the Traffic Division at 361-886-2596.
Investigators are particularly interested in speaking with the driver of a white vehicle that may have been involved in the incident. Efforts are underway to locate and interview this individual, according to CCPD.

The victim of a fatal motorcycle crash Monday morning has been identified by the Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office as 43-year-old Timothy Raska.

Corpus Christi police are investigating a motorcycle accident that occurred early Monday morning.
Details are limited at the moment, but police say that the accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Highway 358 near Bear Lane.
Parts of the highway were shut down in the area while police investigated the scene.
The victim's name has not been released pending an autopsy from the Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office.
