They are once again holding their "Home for the Pawlidays" campaign.
The idea is to get all the animals out of the shelter whether that be from adoption or fostering.
The folks from the shelter say no animal should be in a shelter during the holidays and they say the learning some valuable information about those animals that get fostered during this time.
Executive Director Sharon Ray of the Gulf Coast Humane Society said, "It lets us know if they're good with kids, if they're house broken, it will let us know if they love lots of people or if they don't love lots of people."
