CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Traffic was backed up on the Crosstown Expressway and I-37 as the result of an emergency on the Harbor Bridge early this morning.
Corpus Christi Police Department officers and Corpus Christi firefighters responded to an emergency at about 4:30 a.m. that shut down the northbound lane.
The incident lasted until about 6:20 a.m.
