Former Corpus Christi doctor Jaime Sandoval was back in court this morning, after being on the run, and found in Central America.

Judge Missy Medary revoked Sandoval's probation on an "intoxication assault charge" related to a road-rage incident nearly two years ago.

During this morning's hearing, Medary announced that a person has come forward claiming Sandoval assaulted her on June 18.

On April 8, Sandoval was given two-years probation after he plead guilty to an intoxication assault with a motor vehicle charge. The charge was related to a road-rage incident nearly two years ago.

In late June, Sandoval removed his ankle monitor and fled.

On Aug. 1, he was caught in Panama and was transferred to Miami. Sandoval was then extradited to the Nueces County Jail last Friday.

Earlier this year, hearings were held for three women who accused Sandoval of inappropriately touching them.

In March, one accuser who claimed Dr. Sandoval sexually assaulted her decided not to proceed with filing charges.

The cases filed by the other women were reduced from felony cases to misdemeanors.

No word what charges he will face in the new case.
