CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A former Incarnate Word Academy music teacher is going to prison for child sex crimes.
28-year-old Lazaro Benito Rocha pleaded guilty last October to sending obscene material to a minor.
Corpus Christi police say Rocha thought he was talking to a 14-year-old, but instead was chatting with an undercover agent.
Rocha was sentenced to 3 years in jail.
