The Corpus Christi Police Department is looking for a woman who they say committed a forgery of a financial instrument.
"In the month of March, an adult female committed a forgery of a financial instrument by forging checks that were stolen from a mailbox." said the CCPD blotter.
According to officials, over $500 in checks were written to a local grocery store, where the suspect is seen in the security footage.
She is described as an adult in her 30 or 40's with long brown hair and was driving a small, red, 4-door car.
