CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank is holding two drive-thru distributions Tuesday.
At the first one, veterans will be first in line.
The event will be held at the VFW Post located at 702 Jester, which is in Flour Bluff. The first hour, from 10 to 11 a.m., will be for veterans only. Then from 11 a.m. to 1 pm., produce will be handed out to the general public.
Five hundred boxes of produce will be distributed. The food bank will also hold a distribution at the Richard Borchard Fairgrounds in Robstown which runs from 10 a.m. until noon.
