CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — For the first day of school in the Corpus Christi Independent School District, it can be a hectic time especially with new campuses.
CCISD Superintendent Dr. Roland Hernandez met with KRIS 6 at the newly renovated Windsor Park Elementary school to talk about the back to school excitement. He says parents should be patient and give themselves extra time in the morning as they learn the new campuses and the areas.
He also explains his gratitude for the hard working staff at all campuses, and massive turnouts for the new school orientations.
