CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Several apartment units were damaged following an early morning fire.
The fire happened inside an apartment complex near Buffalo and Antelope Street on the city's northside Monday morning.
Firefighters said the apartment complex was vacant but there were some homeless people upstairs when the fire broke out.
Luckily there were no injuries. Three out of the eight apartment units suffered some smoke and fire damage.
The fire was put out within 20 minutes. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
