One North Padre Island homeowner has a huge mess to clean up after a driver hit his home.
According to Corpus Christi police, a 39-year old man was driving on Commodores Drive and approaching 14400 block Aquarius Street just before 8 p.m. when he drove through the intersection and hit the house on Aquarius Street.
The driver told officers his SUV's gas pedal got stuck or his brakes failed.
Luckily, he nor anyone in the house were injured.
Police say the driver has not been ticketed at this time.
