CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety says that concealed handgun license classes will still continue.
DPS spokesman Sgt. Nathan Brandley says you still need a CHL to carry a concealed handgun in the state.
The permitless carry only allows you to open carry a handgun without a CHL.
