The accident, which reportedly happened at about 11 a.m. Monday on State Highway 141 near US 281, took place when the driver of an Infiniti failed to stay in her westbound lane.

After crossing over into the eastbound lane, the driver of the Infiniti hit a Chevrolet Impala, hitting in head-on in the road's shoulder.
