CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The December 15 runoff election is here. Corpus Christi residents will vote to elect a mayor and city council members for districts one and four; so here’s what you need to know before you hit the polls.

We also checked with KRIS 6 political analyst Dr. David Smith of Sam Houston State for his thoughts before the polls close. Smith will provide expert analysis during our reports during our newscasts at 4, 5, 6 and 10 p.m.

Run-off Early Voting:

In-person early voting will take place December 5 and 6 at the Nueces County Courthouse from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Dec, 7-11, in-person and curbside early voting will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the following locations:

Run-off Election Day:

In-person and curbside voting on Dec. 15 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. will take place at the following locations:

Early voting for runoffs begins on Monday, December 1st.

The last day of early voting is Tuesday, December 9th.

Runoff election day is Saturday, December 13th.
