CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Corpus Christi police are investigating a shooting that sent one man to the hospital.
The incident happened around 1:50 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of N. Omaha Drive. Police at the scene said a man was shot three times. He was transported to Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital.
Corpus Christi police have setup crime-scene tape, and certain parts of an apartment complex are closed off.
Investigators said a male victim was shot at least three times in the chest. There is no word yet on the condition of the shooting victim.
Police say the suspect is still on the loose.
