CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — They say to walk a mile in someone's shoes to see what life is like for them.
That's exactly what several people and some non-profits did on Tuesday as the "Walk A Mile in My Shoes" event was held in downtown Corpus Christi.
The event was meant to remind and educate the community about the homeless and their struggle. Tuesday's walk was hosted by the Homeless Issues Partnership coalition in Corpus Christi.
