Clerk unhurt after southside convenience store robbery

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police are looking for three men who broke into a convenience store early this morning and tied up a clerk.

Officers told KRIS 6 News the incident occurred around 4:30 am. at the Checkout Food Store at 3957 Saratoga near the intersection of Weber.

CCPD says three men wearing masks came into the store. And while one them tied up the clerk with a phone charger, the two other men broke into an ATM.

Police say the men got away with an unknown amount of money.

The clerk wasn't injured.
