City seeks public opinion on improving entrances to downtown

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Corpus Christi seeks public opinion on improving the entrances to Downtown Corpus Christi along Interstate 37 and Laredo/Agnes Streets.

The city has partnered with Asakura Robinson, an urban planning firm, to develop a future for highway infrastructure, key entryways, and areas surrounding downtown Corpus Christi.

They will ask for public opinion via a virtual meeting and through online surveys that will inform their plans.

A bilingual virtual public meeting will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Zoom.
