CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Several juveniles are facing charges after they allegedly stole a car, shot out the windows of another car, and slammed into another vehicle.

The incident happened around 6 p.m. Thanksgiving.

According to police, the juveniles stole a car and used a gun to shoot out the windows of another vehicle.

Police officers near the scene saw the vehicle speeding away and started to chase the stolen vehicle. The car eventually crashed into another car at Elizabeth and 7th Street. A woman was inside the car when the stolen car crashed into her vehicle.

Once the stolen vehicle crashed, the teens tried to evade the scene on foot but were apprehended and detained by police officers a short time later.

The woman was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
