CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Corpus Christi police are looking for a driver suspected of hitting a pedestrian and fleeing the scene of a crash.
The crash happened around 8 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2020, in the 2200 block of Tarlton Street near the Crosstown Expressway.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a 26-year-old male victim lying on the ground and bleeding from his head. Witnesses told police they saw a silver four-door car fleeing the scene of the crash in a hurry.
Police say the vehicle had some damage to the front driver side wheel well.
