Man found with gunshot wound in West Side Luby's parking lot

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A man was taken to the hospital after Corpus Christi Police Department officers found him in a truck with a gunshot wound to the chest Friday night.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Police were dispatched to the Luby's Cafeteria parking lot at Greenwood Drive and SPID at around 8:30 p.m., where he was found in a vehicle.

Police currently have no suspect information, so no arrests have been made in the case.
