CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Members of the Corpus Christi Fire Department announced the passing of a 32-year-veteran firefighter.
The news of his passing was posted on the CCFD Facebook page.
In a post, they state,"It is with extreme sadness that I share with you news that the Fire Department was notified that Fire Captain Tim Smith passed away."
Captain Tim Smith had been off with a long-term illness.
Funeral services are pending.
