CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Municipal Court invites residents to buckle up as they host their first ever Youth Traffic Safety-Con.
The free event takes place Saturday at the American Bank Center (1201 North Shoreline Boulevard) from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Both teens and adults are invited to put their driving skills to the test using interactive traffic stations with pedal cars, DWI simulators and more. Traffic safety experts will be on site, along with more than 20 local vendors, delivering the latest information on road safety.
In addition, Safety-Con features free parking, door prizes, and refreshments.
The event is organized in partnership with TxDOT & Driscoll Children’s Hospital Injury Prevention.
