Brooks County Commissioners are planning on holding a meeting at 3:00 p.m. today to discuss the possibility of opening up shelters ahead of frigid temperatures.
Brooks County Judge Eric Ramos says the county will decide where the best locations to hold these shelters would be, he said they will be housed with generators in the case of a power outage.
