CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Some Island residents and beach visitors say an area near Bob Hall Pier has become an eyesore.
They say there's litter all over the beach and trash cans are overflowing, especially after a busy weekend.
They want something about it done ASAP.
The county says they do their best in keeping our local beaches clean.
Efforts include emptying trash cans twice a day, four days a week and adding extra personnel on busy holiday weekends.
But is there more they can do?
