The Bayfront Inn Hotel in downtown Corpus Christi is now under new ownership.
The Kishan Group out of Reno, Nev., purchased the hotel, which covers an entire city block.
The Downtown Management District says they're excited to see investors from out-of-state, recognizing the potential in downtown Corpus Christi.
Work is already underway to completely overhaul the building.
Cassidy's Irish Pub will remain open.
The Kishan Group plans to have the hotel renovated and re-opened by sometime in 2021.
