CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A balloon release was held tonight for a teenager who died in a wreck in rural Nueces County.
Family, friends, and loved ones gathered Sunday to remember 18-year-old Justin Franco.
They all released balloons at the site where the wreck happened along County Road 48.
We talked to some of the people who knew Justin the best.
They say he made an impact on the lives of everyone he met.
