Legal problems are mounting for former city council candidate Eric Tunchez
The 32-year-old, who also self-identifies as the executive director of the Stop Bullying in CCISD group, was arrested Sunday night and charged with assault on an elderly person.
Because of that arrest, Tunchez now faces another arrest warrant for violating bond conditions.
Those bond conditions are related to November 2018 case in which Tunchez is accused of aggravated promotion of prostitution.
That case is still pending.
