A part-time city employee in an after-hour program called "Kid Power Program" is under investigation by the Corpus Christi Police Department. The employee is accused of unprofessional behavior.
He worked in the program at Mireles Elementary School.
The person is not being identified but has been placed on administrative leave.
Mireles Elementary parents have also been notified about the investigation.
