SINTON, Texas — A 53-year-old Sinton man is in jail today after he was arrested in connection with an early morning stabbing on Touchstone Road.
Emilio Carranza Jr. is in San Patricio County Jail awaiting bond after being booked on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Police responded to a call about 4:35 a.m. Friday after a man was stabbed. One of the officers used his tourniquet on the victim while EMS crews responded at the scene.
The man has been transported to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries.
