CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — San Patricio County Sheriff's investigators say they have arrested a man accused of stabbing another older man multiple times.
Deputies say 33-year-old Gerarado Ray Gonzalez, from Mathis, Texas, stabbed a 53-year-old man near the Mathis area Wednesday night.
Gonzalez was arrested Friday afternoon at his home.
He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Meanwhile, the victim remains hospitalized and recovering from multiple stab wounds at Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital.
