CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It's been a very difficult week for the Corpus Christi Police Department as they lost one of their own a week ago.
But today was a celebration as they welcomed some new members to their ranks.
Today was graduation day for those in the 78th Police Academy. It is the culmination of months of work and training for these cadets who are now officers.
Thirty were given their badge today.
We wish them the best of luck as they serve our community.
