CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Small businesses effected by Hurricane Harvey have an option to help them get back on track.
A program called Texas Back in Business is available for Texas businesses to receive grants from $50,000 to $250,000 if they qualify.
Funded by congress in 2018 and authorized by the Texas General Land Office, the $100 Million Hurricane Harvey Relief Program will have lasting impact on Texas communities.
"Saving jobs, creating jobs, helping small businesses stabilize and grow, creating economic development and meeting local community needs, are the objectives of the program," the Texas Back in Business website says.
Texans who own small businesses that were effected by Hurricane Harvey can apply for the grant here.
