CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 21-year-old man has become the city's latest murder victim.
The man, who remains unidentified, was found dead yesterday inside a unit at the Four Winds Apartments, which is on the 4100 block of Brett Street.
There's no information on how the victim was killed.
At least three people were seen running from the scene.
Police say this was not a random act, but no other information is being released.
