The sandbagger machine will be available for residents to get free sandbags just in time for hurricane season.
A press release from the city says anybody with a valid government ID is eligible to enter the facility and receive up to six, 50-pound sandbags.
City crews will be available to assist people who want sandbags at the JC Elliot Collection Center at Highway 286 and Ayers Street on Tuesday, June 4, from 9 am to 4 pm.
