Corpus Christi’s Veterans Band holding ceremony for fallen heroes
Join the Veterans Band of Corpus Christi this Memorial Day weekend to remember and honor fallen members of the US Armed Forces.
The event will take place on Sunday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Portland City Hall. The address is 1900 Billy G Webb, Portland, Texas 78374
According to their Facebook page, the Corpus Christi Veterans Band is composed of US Veterans organized on June 3, 1986, by Ram Chavez, a Vietnam combat-decorated veteran and a high school band director at the time.
