Hundreds of former Kane Beef employees are back at work this morning.
Workers started their morning shift at 8 a.m. taking part in mandatory training on safety procedures.
S.T.X. Beef, the company that bought out Kane Beef, is training employees who will work in their harvesting, maintenance and freezer departments.
The rest of the employees will start working on Wednesday morning.
