Engineering Services will host a public meeting for the Bond 2018 Proposition A, Frio/Hacala/Dorado Street from Greenwood Drive to Martin Street Project.
Citizens are invited to attend the open house at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2019, at Mary Mother of the Church, 1755 Frio Street. A presentation will follow at 6:00 p.m.
Frio/Hacala/Dorado Street from Greenwood Drive to Martin Street (Bond 2018). anticipated improvements include full reconstruction of the roadways, curb and gutter, new and reconstructed sidewalks, ADA ramps, underground storm improvements, and significant drainage improvements in the area. Hacala Street and Dorado Street will be upgraded to provide a two-lane roadway. Some utility improvements will be made to water, stormwater, and gas lines.
