A woman is recovering in the hospital after police say she was struck by a bullet.
The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. Monday at a Southside apartment complex.
Police officers said they received a call for shooting at Marbella Apartments located near Weber Road and O’ Day Parkway.
When they arrived, they found a female with a gunshot wound.
Lieutenant Delgado, with the Corpus Christi police department, said the woman was transported to Spohn Shoreline Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators are looking for the suspect and may know the vehicle he was traveling in.
Detectives added the shooter and the victim may have known each other and got into an argument that led up to the shooting.
