Tommy Cabello, the Corpus Christi police officer accused in a domestic violence case, appeared in court this morning.

Cabello was arraigned in the 214th District Court.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges filed against him, that include continuous violence against a family member, tampering with a witness and tampering with evidence. His trial date was set for mid-March.

According to an arrest affidavit, Cabello grabbed his wife by the arm during an argument last November and forced her to make a recording saying, she lied to police about Cabello grabbing her.
