During the annual “No Refusal” DWI initiative happening now, drivers who refuse a breathalyzer will have to undergo a mandatory blood test.
There is, however, another option. Apollo Towing is once again offering a free tow and a ride home for drivers who overindulge.
With just one phone call, residents in Portland, Robstown and Corpus Christi can be picked up, free of charge, and their car towed home.
The free tow offer has been available since Dec. 21 and will end tomorrow.
