One man is dead and another woman was injured during an overnight highway shooting.
The incident happened on SPID near the Kostoryz exit.
That’s where Corpus Christi police arrived on scene and found a white SUV that appeared to have been shot multiple times.
A male driver was pronounced dead on scene. A female passenger was also injured in the shooting and was taken to the hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time.
Police have not said what may have led up to the shooting or if they have any suspect information.
