A man accused of robbing a Corpus Christi last week bank is now in custody.
According to Corpus Christi Police, 23-year-old Markeist Daquan Reed was arrested in Hill County, Texas on an unrelated charge, as a warrant issued by CCPD is in the process of being executed.
Reed is suspected of robbing the ValueBank on the 3700 block of South Staples Street on October 19.
Police say the case remains under investigation.
