The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the City of Corpus Christi have confirmed they’ve launched an investigation into the Snappy’s Food on Staples Street and Lipes.
Both TCEQ and the city received several complaints last night of the convenience store dumping the contents of a gas storage tank into a city storm drain.
